With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for dealing with this challenge. Bible distribution is something that we take very seriously, and our team is working each and every day to make a positive impact.
The Story
My contacts in Mozambique constantly send pictures of the results of the good work that is being done there.
In one picture, I noticed Pastor Paulo’s tattered and torn bible. I made a comment on it to him, and he corrected me…
The bible was not falling apart! It was intentionally torn apart so that portions of it could be shared with another pastor.
At that time, I became painfully aware that the church-goers had no Bibles.
God clearly laid that need on my heart, and a couple of months later, with donations, we delivered over 200 Portuguese Bibles to Pastor Paulos 14 churches.
And our work there is not done!
